Question: Is FST™ covered by health insurance
Answer: It can be, it really depends on your individual insurance coverage. Sometimes it can be covered under your flex spending accounts. I am not currently submitting claims to insurance companies but can provide you a receipt, so you can submit yourself. It is possible that I may start billing insurance companies in the future.
Question: Does FST™ hurt
Answer: FST™ is designed to be pain free. You are likely to feel a stretch awareness but with proper communication the session should be pain free.
Question: Is FST™ the same as Myofascial Release?
Answer: No, Myofascial Release is a massage modality to itself and while it does work muscle fascia in localized areas of the body, it has little in common with Fascial Stretch Therapy™.
